Practical Use Of Cannulas (Chin & Jawline)

Practical Use Of Cannulas (Chin & Jawline)

If you have already completed Foundation-level training, are confident with these techniques and are ready for your next step, this course is for you!

By popular demand, we are delighted to be offering cannula training (chin & jawline).

Cannulas provide a valuable addition to every medical aesthetic practitioner’s clinic. Using a cannula to apply filler decreases bruising and pain with no local anaesthetic required.

Advantages of using a cannula in medical aesthetics:

  • Reduction in bleeding, swelling, bruising and intravascular injection of filler
  • Reduces the risk of complications
  • Smoother, continuous delivery of filler
  • Fewer injections required
  • Reduces discomfort
  • Greater patient satisfaction

This cannula course will take you through all the essential knowledge you need to know about cannulas.

This includes the benefits of using a cannula and managing complications. You can choose to work on one of the following techniques on your model:

  • Cannula training for cheeks and chin
  • Cannula training for the orbital rim/tear trough area

Course content:

  • Overview of facial anatomy
  • Advance your consultation process
  • Complications, management and reducing risks
  • Placement techniques and entry points
  • Cannula versus needle: when to use
  • Live demonstration by tutor
  • 'Hands-on' practical on your model

By the end of the course, you will have learned how to safely and effectively administer treatment using cannulas on the aforementioned areas.
