Top Tip #1
Understand the benefits of paid adverts on social media.
Paid ads aren’t a “magic pill” as Kris explained, they won’t result in direct sales, but will result in enquiries – and this is the key!
“For any service business in the world, sales enquiries are the lifeblood”
He goes onto explain that businesses depend on the volume of enquiries per week and the magic number you should be aiming for is 20 per week.
Top Tip #2
Ads should call out your desired target audience
So, you need to think about who your advert is for.
This means figuring out who has a problem you can solve, then letting them know you can do it.
Remember to think about age range and gender, to really focus on who you can help!
Top Tip #3
Create an irresistible offer
This does not mean discount everything, in fact Kris explained that if you try to compete on price, “it’s a race to the bottom”
This means, showing your clients what you can do for them, and what they’ll gain from it.
Top Tip #4
3 things to include in your advertisement
1) Quantity and time – you have to create urgency in your offer, so let them know how many appointments you have left before the end of the month!
2) Pricing – Kris’ business has found that new clients are willing to spend between £0 – £199 on their first time purchasing
3) Exclusivity – creating this around your business will make clients want to choose you!
Use your company name in your treatments, to create exclusivity and brand the treatments to your business!
Top Tip #5
Create images and videos that tell a story
The images you post is what draws your clients in!
What to avoid
• Empty rooms
• Stock images
• Unrelated photos
What to include
Use real photos! Include your patients looking comfortable/happy and you or your colleague smiling.
Kris put it best saying, “People buy from people”.
More tips for great content:
• Include the gender of your target audience
• Clean background
• Good lighting
• Get as many takes as possible – the more options you have, the better your posts are going to be!
