How To Double Your Profits & Get More Aesthetic Clients
With lots of competition around, it’s easy to get negative about securing aesthetic clients.
But hey…don’t get too hooked up on the competition, have a quick squint to see what they are up to and then concentrate on what you can do!
Here’s some of my top tips to help you to increase your profits and grow your client list….
1. KEEP GROWING YOUR AESTHETIC CLIENT LIST
FACT – You need more clients to generate more income and you need to keep them too!
-Think about what new treatments you can offer to your existing aesthetic client list, start contacting your higher spenders first.
– Market these treatments through email marketing, promotional leaflets and posters in your clinic room.
-Address clients pain points and then show them the solution – you have the answer to their problem
– Use yourself too to market them , try making a short video with yourself in it telling your clients about your latest treatment and get posting on your social media, more below
– If you have staff, spend time training them on selling these new treatments

2. BE PROACTIVE ON SOCIAL MEDIA
Keep going with the social media, I know its hard going at times but keep going!!
Have content that’s relevant, accessible and interesting.
Lots of before and afters, client testimonials and try using video’s too.
Listen to what your clients are talking about and engage with them.
Another important tip is to provide educational content. You want to be seen as a person to be trusted, so show them what you know!
(This goes for inside the clinic too, make sure you get any qualifications up on the wall, in a prominent spot). But don’t clutter up your walls too much
3. PROVIDE A TRULY PERSONALISED SERVICE TO YOUR CLIENTS
I think these next pointers are very important……
Every client is totally unique, get to know them and offer a tailored approach to each person.
Listen to what they’re telling you – likes and dislikes, take note
You need them to LOVE coming to your clinic, so make them feel welcome, follow up on their appointments, and stay in touch to keep them informed.
Also, remember that you and your staff are the product.
If a client has a negative experience, they will not only never be back, but the bad news will spread fast. Work as a team to give them the best experience possible.
4. CONNECT WITH OTHER LOCAL BUSINESS TO YOU
One of the easiest ways is to offer a referral scheme.
You could team up with a local hairdresser, or organise an open evening event, remember to invite the local newspaper along too! Or you could team up with a local charity as they will all have people you can market to.
5. FINALLY, KEEP WORKING AT IT!!
It’s not enough nowadays just to rely on social media to promote your business, you need to get proactive.
Set yourself goals of what you would like to achieve in the next week, next month and so on, and monitor the results.
Be proactive, stand out from the crowd and work on what makes you unique.
