Do I Require a Level 7 Qualification?
The medical aesthetic industry is a great area to work in, whether you decide to work part time or full time or add it onto the services you already provide. Its always an interesting area to work in, evolving and growing and a lucrative area too!

At the moment, we are getting quite a few enquiries about whether you should do a level 7 qualification particularly as quite a few training companies give the impression this in now mandatory. So do you need to do a Level 7 qualification in aesthetics?
The Level 7 Qualification is not mandatory or a requirement to start or continue your aesthetic business.
What we do strongly recommend you keep learning and training to ensure you stay up to date with the latest knowledge, treatments and clinical skills as well as maintaining high standards.
Starting Out?
As a starting point most people undertake a foundation level course on Botulinum toxin and dermal fillers. You may then choose to undertake Intermediate training such as expert teaching sessions in lips, cheeks, chin and jawline, skin courses and then move onto advanced training.
You may also choose to undertake Level 7 training or there are also universities that offer both Masters and Post Graduate programmes in aesthetics and injectables. We can provide you with information these courses.
